Izumo LOFT will

officially open on the 2nd floor

of the East Building at Youme Town Izumo!

 

As our first store in Shimane Prefecture, we will share LOFT's unique lifestyle philosophy through "seasonal" goods with customers from the surrounding area and beyond who make a special trip to visit us.

In addition, to commemorate the opening of LOFT's first store in Shimane Prefecture, we will release limited-edition stationery and home goods designed in collaboration with local specialty sweets and customer favorites, along with a shopping gift promotion during the corresponding period.

[Izumo LOFT Grand Opening Celebration! A Collaboration Between a Time-Honored Confectionery Brand and Popular Products]

 

To celebrate LOFT's debut in Shimane Prefecture, we've teamed up with local businesses to launch six commemorative products.

 

Stationery Inspired by the Local Specialty "Dojou Sukui Manju"

First released in 1967, the "Dojou Sukui Manju" are a famous confection representing the San'in region, specifically Shimane and Tottori prefectures. Their classic design draws inspiration from the "Hyottoko" mask of the Yasugi Festival's Loach Dance in Shimane Prefecture and features a pattern that complements the blue polka-dot hand towel. Based on this design, we have created keychains and stickers.

"Nishiki Miso" is a traditional rice miso that Konishihonten Co., Ltd. has been producing and selling since 1853.

Drawing inspiration from the packaging and the cartoon horse character of this classic, home-style miso, a favorite in the San'in region, we have created transparent folders and keychains.
