LOFUKOTO 5th "Mikawaya" Seasoning theme project

In 2022, LOFT collaborated with SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) magazine <<Sotokoto>> on the "Lofukoto Zakkaten (Lofukoto Grocery)" project. Through a series of free brochures titled <<Lofukoto>>, each issue of the magazine featured a selection of items from all over Japan under the theme of sustainable development and the creation of local communities.
This <<Lofukoto>> 5th, the main character is "Mikawaya"!
*The event will be held at Shibuya LOFT and Ginza LOFT.
Mikawaya (MIKAWAYA) is a retail store that mainly sells sake and miso, soy sauce, and other seasonings.
Starting from "Japanese seasoning," this theme will feature a selection of items from all over Japan that can be purchased at Shibuya LOFT and Ginza LOFT stores during the event. In addition, lets of <<Lofukoto>> will be distributed free of charge at the aforementioned stores, so that customers can learn more about the "Lofukoto Zakkaten (Lofukoto Grocery)" project and feel its charm.
The Lofukoto Zakkaten (Lofukoto Grocery) project is part of LOFT's "LOFT Green Project" campaign, which aims to promote healthy lifestyles for the general public as a general merchandise brand.

*Irizake: A traditional Japanese dish of raw fish sauce/seasoning, mixed with dried bonito, pickled plum, old sake, etc.

■Morita Shoyu (since 1903), aged soy sauce brewed in a traditional wooden barrel, 360 ml, 972 yen (tax included)

Through the "Lofukoto Zakkaten (Lofukoto Grocery)" project, you can discover the charm of Japanese sake, seasonings, and zakka goods with the theme of "Sa/Shi/Su/Se/So." The free brochure <<Lofukoto>> introduces the traditional seasonings of Mikawaya in Ginza, the attractive world of "Glass of Sake (One Cup)" ated by the creator of Asanuma Shiori, aged soy sauce (Morita Shoyu brand) brewed in a traditional wooden barrel, and other people and things related to seasonings.
